Joyagoo QC Photos: What to Check Before Shipping
Know what the image shows
A seller photo illustrates a listing. An earlier buyer’s QC photo can provide context, but it may show a different batch or size. Your own warehouse photos relate to your order and should be checked as soon as they are available.
Check the item
Compare the colour, size label, shape and visible components against the order. Inspect seams, printing, closures and obvious damage; ask for measurements or another view when an important area is not visible and the service offers that option. Photos alone cannot verify materials, durability or authenticity.
Make a timely decision
Record the issue and relevant order details, then use the service’s current support process to ask about a return or exchange before shipping. Eligibility and deadlines depend on the order and current policy; do not assume a refund is guaranteed.
